Owner and Policy
Elm Garden originated from the former Elm Sanso (cabin) which was frequented by many celebrities for many years. Much history has been passed on to Elm Garden. Though located in central Sapporo, the restaurant is in a quiet world of its own, cut off from the hustle and bustle of the city, where you can enjoy awesome seasonal cuisine.
Only the finest Hokkaido and other Japanese ingredients that are safe and reliable are used to create unique Japanese dishes.
